The
Explorer
As a coach and trainer, I am constantly
exploring possibilities to find ways to help my clients. Toward this end, I’m
continually looking and listening, inward and outward, and then reflecting
about what I see and hear to learn how I can best support both me and my
clients to further personal development.
The
Journey and the Destination
This blog is inspired by these
explorations and reflections. The first entry
is about exploding the myth of “peeling the onion”, the myth that personal
development is only a process, a journey. While it is a process and a journey,
it can also be about arriving. So, this blog has tips that not only help along
the way, but also support the ability to arrive at the destination. Here’s to
“Disappearing the Onion”!
My
Experience
My coaching has evolved from a lifetime
of studies in the human potential movement. My diverse professional background
in personal development, production, writing and the performing arts has
contributed to my experiential learning and has broadened my knowledge and perspective.
All of my experience has led me to a holistic and synergistic view of life, and
the learning of how to live life with greater ease and joy.
In
my private practice, I
am committed to nurturing my clients’ well-being, empowerment and growth with
methodologies that are pragmatic and create life-long value.
